CSI Lakshmangarh Chapter was inaugurated at School of Engineering and Technology, Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh on Engineers’ Day (September 15, 2018). Prof. V.K. Jain, Dean-SET & Chairman, has given the inaugural keynote and announced the CSI Lakshmangarh Chapter Committee. Dr. Anand Sharma , Asst. Prof. & Honorary Secretary, has proposed the vote of thanks.

    Computer Society of India ( CSI) is the first and largest body of computer professionals in India. It was started on 6 March 1965 by a few computer professionals and has now grown to be the national body representing computer professionals.
    Through the initiatives of Professor Rangaswamy Narasimhan, the first President, CSI has been in close liaison with International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) since its inception in 1965, when observers from India attended the IFIP Council meeting.

    On Engineers’ Day (September 15, 2018), CSI Lakshmangarh Chapter was inaugurated at School of Engineering and Technology, Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh.
    The chapter is playing a major role in achieving the objective of the CSI. This chapter is covering Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Churu , Bikaner and Jaisalmer districts. For the benefit and knowledge enhancement of members the chapter is organizing technical meetings, poster presentation/exhibitions, seminars, workshops and conferences.

    UTKARSH : CSI MUST Student Branch is the Student Branch of the Computer Society of India (CSI) at School of Engineering and Technology, Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh and our Student Branch has been functioning here at SET-MUST from 2015 onwards. Various Technical Events are organized in every Semester. Our events are intended to encourage and promote specialized development and touch off creativity and informativeness among students by organizing seminars, workshops, and specialized technical events.
